Meebo finally have file tranfer !!!!!!!!!!
and for Pibb 
expect anytime soon to have such feature and according from a very reliable source its based or will leverage on a famous file sharing protocol 
though one feature being implemented now but only upon request is its irc bridging, a relay between pibb and irc channel.
